    An LRC is always useful.

    If you have an Alesis HD24 you really need one of these. All Alesis LRC will work with ALL Alesis ADAT and related equipment. The only difference is the labeling on the LRC might be incorrectly. I have taken a working older ADAT LRC and replaced it with a button panel from a non-working HD24 LRC. Work great. THIS one I'm reviewing here looks brand new. Works great of course. A backup on hand is nice.

    The alesis hd24 puts out awesome recordings on IDE hard drives. The alesis caddies make it fast and easy to swap out hard drives in the hd2.
