But why not reach out? We'd take her back rather than have anyone be unhappy. Not a word in the 30 days since receipt, then WHAM, angry fb? The other thing...that's just how natural fox is, the underfur *should be* dense and woolly, it's not matted. For a 1960s fox collar that one truly is fine. A fur's longevity depends on the pelts themselves. If things ever "fall apart" it's due to dryrot of the pelts (why vaults are temp/humidity controlled), matting playing no role. Just send her back, no?
