The seller was very helpful in making sure this got to the destination by checking the post office to see if it was shipped, etc. The post office fell short in shipping it on time, it sat there for almost a week before they sent it on, but it wasn't the seller's fault. Very conscientious seller. I would buy from her again.
The item was exactly as shown and was able to be used perfectly after a little seasoning. You can't find a pan made like this anymore. Thank You!!
