    Definately not new technology but good if you can get it cheap enough.

    For what I paid for this, it was a good value. The only thing I am disappointed with is the zoom...it doesn't have much of one. Otherwise, I am able to stream video right into my computer or DVR. Don't expect to save video to the memory card. Although you can, this camera will only take a Memory Stick, which only goes up to 128mb. Not only will this not hold much video, but the resolution that it will save on the card is very low. Overall, I am very happy with it.

    wow, is wonderful.

    wow, is wonderful. I've always used the Sony PD-170, but this other model has exceeded expectations. It is more compact, brings the same functionality as the 170, the picture quality is amazing, plus you can record on Memory stick. Surprisingly, recommend friends.
