They shipped it in protective packaging but not to the point of wasting so they were environmental conscious as they could be. The item I received was in even better quality than I thought it would be. The item was described as used but, it felt and looked new to me. I’m happy with my purchases from Paisley Books. The customer service is also great. I live in Japan and the company ships from within Japan. At first, they didn’t ship within Japan but after messaging the seller she quickly made it so I could buy the books. After asking, the seller also adjusted the shipping price to a better price for Japan shipping. :)
