Lionel Rail Sounds Boxcar
The Lionel Rail Sounds Boxcar is a great addition to your trains! The boxcar is built by Lionel with the Rail Sounds components inside that could have came inside your Lionel engine. Simply place the Rail Sounds Boxcar on the tracks with your train and run the train. The boxcar gets it's power from the tracks. The engine noise increases with the speed of the engine and decreases as you slow down. Plus you have a horn/whistle and a bell sounds. The transformer controls the horn/whistle and bell. The boxcar also has an on/off switch underneath if you want to turn of the sounds. This is a great addition to your train set. I have several that I use and really like them! Conventional Railsounds Box Car
This is a known product not much to say. Your own repair & maintence skills are a plus. In the car I rec'd the little bolt holding on the body was missing, and its screw hole in the frame was imperfect. I drilled & tapped the hole and had my own replacement bolt. The trucks on these cars, though die-cast, have a cheap piece of plastic with pins operating the knuckles. They don't perform well. These are Lionel issues and I do not consider that they reflect on my seller.This is a known product not much to say. Your own repair & maintence skills are a plus.
