Poor customer service, I received a batch of cassettes which cost me with taxes and shipping $800 Canadian! in the description it was listed cassette in decent condition! I received the lot and at least half of the cassettes were dirty, full of dirt and dust! some were cracked, others had been opened and glued back with adhesive paper and no longer contained the original album! I asked the seller for a partial refund by explained the situation ! She just reply: you are not satisfied , return it

Item was sent (10 delicate vintage magazines). They were probably pristine prior to sending them through the EBAY gauntlet of shipping/handling but unfortunately they were irrevocably damaged due to poor/carefully packaging prior to shipping. Lesson learned, though I had asked for specific protection of the items, that was ignored and the inevitable damage occurred. Nonetheless, the Seller immediately refunded the sale back to me. I Missed the great purchase, but did get my refund back.
