Item are arrived 8 days after paying. When I asked when the item would be shipped I received no response. When the seller did respond they said they couldn’t respond due to bad weather. When the item arrived it is not what the seller had listed. Totally different item. The item is a different fit, color, style, etc.

Please contact us and let us know how we can resolve this issue for you!As for the bad weather, as we explained in a prior message that we're a small business with employees who deal with shipping and responses on Ebay. And they couldn't make it into our office to work so communications were limited (and they don't have access to the account from home computers)
