The waffle maker arrived unsealed and already used with lots of missing plates and the bottom of storage container. The waffle maker itself has grease on it indicating that it has been used before. Had to go through hassle of sending it back and dropping it at post office. I felt cheated and disappointed as I intended it be a birthday gift for my daughter. I do not recommend this seller.
