Item arrived very, very well packed but the front overhanging tip of the shell broken in shipping (piece about 1/2" W and 1" long). I promptly reached out to the seller and they apologize and ,offered multiple options. I chose to recieve a partial refund while still keeping the item. Overall I'm very happy with the item and the seller's customer service and responsiveness.
