Exceptional seller under very special circumstances. Though the seller shipped immediately, the postcard never arrived and was apparently lost in the mail. They offered a FULL refund of the item cost AND mailing cost, which I greatly appreciated. The refund arrived promptly, and I cannot say "THANK YOU" enough!!! Fair, trustworthy, and courteous.
