If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please notify us and simply return the item in the condition supplied within 30 working days of receipt.

For orders that are still new and not faulty, you must return the item in it's brand new/unused condition with original packaging. If the item is worn in ANY way then this may affect you getting a refund, we need the item back in a saleable condition.

Also, please do not put labels or adhesive on the original packaging as this may also affect you getting a refund.

To return an item that is unsuitable, you will be required to pay for the return postage. If you want to return an item, please contact us via e-mail so we are aware of your decision. When you prepare the item to be returned, please include either an invoice/order number or your name and address with your reason for return.

If you return the item back with Royal Mail, we ask you use Second Class/48 service signed for/trackable and NOT Special delivery.

Overseas (International):

Again, please use an economic service, but we suggest a trackable service. Items returned from a Non E.U country should have “Returns” written in large writing on the packaging of the parcel and a value of £0.00. Otherwise U.K customs will try charging us for receiving a parcel, when we do not have to pay.
