I ordered a set of 240 lights; what arrived was in correct box but contained 2 x 120 sets though before ordering I had contacted seller and asked for – and got - confirmation that the item was as described (after checking). The seller offered return and refund, but not p&p for my sending back; there was also a fairly absurd explanation. I decided to keep what had been sent but said I would provide feedback. This provoked a gratuitously offensive and somewhat contradictory reply.

The buyer was offered a full return refund and return postage refund. Not as stated in his negative feedback. He decided to keep the lights even though there had been a mistake on the outer box. I simply pointed out that the 2 x 120 lights would have cost him £8 more than the 1 x 240 lights he ordered but I waived this difference. I was not offensive but do not like to be threatened with feedback.
