Purchased a 2021 RAM 1500 Bighorn pickup. It did not have an owner's manual and when I went to Chrysler dealership, I was informed that the parts dept could not even order a replacement. Further it was stated that newer vehicles could only get a pdf version. So went on ebay and pony express had one at a reasonable cost. Received it in a matter of days in original factory packaging.
