Sealed GBA game was shipped in an envelope and not a box causing it to arrive squashed. Since I was already planning to open it, I decided to flatten the box myself to restore the shape of the box and ask for a partial refund. The vendor isn't really all that responsive. While they haven't denied my request, they also haven't actually done anything 13 business days later. They were also shocked I opened it as they assumed I wanted to return it despite me clearly saying that I didn't want to.
