The projector I ordered was wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap and stuffed into a box that was too small. Of course it arrived damaged. The seller didn't seem to care, and didn't make it right. Don't buy anything breakable from this vendor. You will not be happy.

We presented the purchaser with two options: retain the damaged projector at a reduced price or return it for a full refund. However, our proposal was not accepted. if the delivery service mishandles the package, even an abundance of bubble wrap may not prevent damage.
