Received item damaged and not working. When I went to return it, I noticed it said: No Returns. After spending almost $75.00 taxes included, I wasn't very happy, I wasn't very Happy seeing their No Return Policy. The item was new and in a sealed box. My only recourse was to try to dispute the purchase thru my credit card., which is still pending. Companies should not be allowed to sell new items in sealed boxes and not warranty their items if they are defective.

This is incorrect. I tried to refund. While I was sleeping, the buyer sent me a refund request, canceled it two hours later, and filed a payment dispute. I was not given the chance to provide a refund. The buyer falsely claimed that I refused the refund. It's commonly known that eBay provides a return policy. Additionally, they messaged me asking for a refund after stating that their credit card company had already refunded them. This behavior is an attempted scam against sellers. Be cautious.

    Wish I bought it sooner

    Fantastic power, small size, great finger control, the driver slams screws in without slowing a bit. All for hundreds less than retail. I struggled with an old makita with crappy batteries for years, worth every penny.

    DIYers Best Friend

    I'm an avid DIYer, and these fit my needs great. Light enough for small quick fixes, but powerful enough to handle the larger projects too. The 1.3 batteries are on the smaller side, but I can purchase bigger ones of I find myself needing hours of straight use out of these. I like the weight and maneuverability of the lighter battery pack. Haven't ran one dead yet.
