I was skeptical about buying this money counter off eBay since a lot say they work but in reality come with issues. However, this one was unique. I spent atleast an hour testing it with the same amount of mixed bills and the total came out as it should. Even though a bunch of bills were old and creased it was still accurate. Machine works as brand new. Thank so so much for selling this.

It gets jammed every time I use it. I have other machines just like this, so yes, I know what I’m doing. This one will have to get serviced not very happy.

We reached out to the buyer as soon as we read the negative feedback and have gotten no response. We would've gladly worked out the issue with them. They probably moved the thickness dial when unpacking and that may have caused their mis-feeding / jams or they have it in a mode they don't understand. We fully test our machines after they been serviced to insure quality. We have over 1300 positive feedback and this is our first and only negative one, I guess we can't make everyone happy.
