I contacted the seller because I thought that the volume buttons were not working. The item itself ended up being okay but did not match the "Brand New" description. The response I got from the seller was very angry, rude and belligerent. The seller basically called me a liar and, instead of trying to work with me and make suggestions, the seller went on a rant and made accusations. The seller was very unpleasant to work with and I will not be buying from him anymore, hence the low rating.

The buyer left false negative feedback out of spite. They told me I advertised it as brand new. I told them "it is brand new, just with an open box". They proceed to give me negative feedback saying "I sold them an item that wasn't as described" because it was in an open box . In reality, I put in the description AND even in the TITLE! that it is "new with open box". There are even PHOTOS of the item, MANY photos, where it shows the box and it being open and the item outside of the open box.

I left neutral feedback and the seller will probably do the same or even a negative feedback but he listed the item as brand new still in plastic wrap but it was not. (See pics) I bought for my grandson and he is old enough to know a used package from a new one. My item is not the first one and as you can see and read in the photos he was advised of this and then left negative feedback. I don’t like to leave negative unless absolutely necessary. Hope he changes his listings for future use.

In the pictures I don't know why you post them because it shows that your theory is wrong. The case is obviously not in wrapping and you can clearly see that it has been opened. It is brand new the case just happens to be opened and it was never used. There's nowhere in the description or anywhere that I stayed it does have wrapping around it so your claims are false.
