  • WWII: The Lost Color Archives

This is a 2-dvd set of original color film shot before and during WWII. The documentary covers the years leading up to the war as well as the entire conflict. The approximate running time is 3 hours and the History Channel did a good job of documenting the war. On the second disc there is also 15 minutes of bonus footage shot in color that wasn't used in the actual documentary but the History Channel decided to include as a nice extra feature. I recommend buying this dvd set because it gives a good account of the war and they is some pretty rare footage that I hadn't seen in any other WWII documentaries before. I give it a 5 out of 5 stars rating. :)

  • WWII: The Lost Color Archives (2000, DVD)

I Decided To Buy The WWII: The Lost Color Archives (2000, DVD) Because I Am A Big Fan Of Any Thing World War II, I Thought The Movie Was Very Cleverly Put Together, Another Plus Is That Everything Is In Color, As In Most World War II Documentaries Are In Black And White, I Only Paid $6.15 For This Movie And I Was Very Surprised When I Got It, For The Movie Was Almost Three Hours Long And The History Channel Puts It Out. If Your Looking For A History Movie That Will Teach You About Almost Everything That Happened In World War II Then This Is Your Movie, And It's An Excellent Addition To A Classroom Or Just To Own For Personal Use. I Also Would Recommend APPOINTMENT IN TOKYO, WORLD WAR II THE GERMAN FRONT, And HEROES of IWO JIMA The Documentary, Their Are Tons More Movies That Are Excellent ...

  • WWII: The Lost Color Archives

Not good in writing reviews - I will say this much - it's not what I expected. Short mini clips is not even worse keeping it, considering that I am a collector.
