When I placed the order, I was not informed that it would be sent from Germany. Naturally, the older took many days to arrive then eBay asked my feed back before I got the delivery. This created rather negative situation for me. When we order things on line in the USA, we get updates regarding where our order stands. There was no such updating from this company, but eBay wanted to get my feed back. Without updating, or no merchandise delivery, I only could give very unsatisfactory feedback.
