BUYERS BEWARE:
I purchased a bike helmet what was stated to be brand new in “perfect condition”. When I received it, the box it was packed in was far too small for the helmet & the helmet was damaged. I requested a refund because the helmet was cracked. Initially, the response was yes. However, within minutes they retracted and said to file a claim b/c jf was insured. I found it suspicious. After zooming into one photo I found the exact crack! Horrible customer service when I sent multiple pics

Helmet was shipped in undamaged condition. Buyer insist it was damaged before shipping. Says helmet is cracked and unsafe. Sent pictures of supposed damage. I cannot see any damage. Item is fully insured. She can be fully reimbursed by filing a claim with shipper.. Do not understand what the issue is. Helmet I shipped was not comprimised in any way. Do not sell damaged items. Don't need $10 that bad.
