Tool arrived in a generic box with the guard poking out. It seems to be a new tool but this was listed as open box not missing box. Contacted seller and told I was the fluke and if there was any warranty they would handle it. The root was not exactly as described and silly response was not what I was expecting. Not happy with the response to missing packing which would have protected the tool from the damage I fixed.
