Seller posted honest pictures, broke and I knew it! 5 Stars. I saw the + terminal received a big shot and was cracked. Took a chance I could repair it. For the $$ was worth the risk. Arrived, snapped in a battery and came right up. Opened case, you need "security" Torex bits. The "rattle" as described, was a broken 40 mm fan, closest to the + terminal. Bought all 3 fans new for $10, installed then epoxied the broken plastic. Fully restored! Have bat clamps and cig plug already, 1/3 $ of new!
