Received the items that I ordered, but one of the bunny frames was broken. One of the wires wasn't attached. I messaged the seller. They did say sorry. But then asked if I could take a picture of the item & the packaging, so they could better package. Never addressing a replacement. When I asked about a replacement. They just wanted the pictures. My husband used some special glue & fixed it. So much for customer satisfaction.

Refund was given through Ebay satisfaction guaranteed shipping damage per usual, it is not customary to ALSO ship another item unless you order another item. A shipping damage picture is helpful for future packaging, but you are never required to be helpful.

As described, fast processing/ship. But shipping cost $5.65 was too high and packaging was poor (just wrapped in newspaper, not even an envelope). Still, my daughter wanted it for her MTM barbie, so I swallowed the pill. After going to dollar tree, I saw the exact same outfit, for $1.25... Didn't know, so my loss the Seller's gain.
