Specified free shipping but when the package arrived I had to pay for the shipping because seller listed the bike part as media on the package. When I contacted the seller and asked that they reimburse me the shipping cost they ghosted me (no reply back).

We responded immediately to the initial message, acknowledged and apologized for our new shipping clerk’s error. We offered a complete refund. However, the buyer still preferred to leave this untruthful and unwarranted negative feedback. There was no “ghosting.” If you are a seller, I would avoid this buyer!
