Sent item back immediately bc it was so tiny in reality it was actually shocking that it was advertised as a Medium..absolutely no way! A Small/Petite at the very most! Size tags missing/cut from item. Item listed for $28..I bought w/offer of $23 PLUS $15.70 Shipping. Total paid $38.70 BUT I received a meager refund of $9.38..very costly HUGE mistake/loss to me!!!! Paid $28.87 for nothing in hand! Doesn’t add up! Advise don’t go near this item (poorly advertised) or this seller!!!!

I'm so sorry if there's some confusion on your side. I don't know how we got to this. Your first message was soo nice it truly motivated me to make sure to refund you as soon as I received your package. Which I did and exactly what eBay told me to. I have screenshot of the break down. It shows you were refunded $17.82 and I believe eBay took out some fees. But never $9.38. Also if you refer to photos the size tag is there and with measurements as well. NOT cut out. I hope this clears things up.
