Wolf's Rain Review
I had recently bought the Wolf's Rain Complete Collection. The series used to be on AdultSwim. Immediately the series caught my viewing attention through the plot and character developement. But unfortunatley with a busy work schedule and cancellation I never got to see the ending. Did they get to "Paradise?" The collection includes textless openings and endings, cast interviews, and subtitles. The only problem I had with the series is that it does not come in one box set. The series is split up into 2 box sets which may confuse the buyer when they get to the last episode of box one and find out they bought Wolf's Rain - Complete Collection...part 1.I had recently bought the Wolf's Rain Complete Collection. The world of high-tech machinery and the world of curses, prophecies, alchemy and shape-shifters would seem to be at odds, yet the filmmakers manage to integrate the two in this often intriguing fantasy-adventure. The dark palate, angular designs, alienated characters, and dramatic camera angles will appeal to fans of Blood: the Last Vampire, and "Rakuen," the paradise Kiba seeks, remains a tantalizing promise. But the plot of Wolf's Rain is complicated with secondary stories and minor characters the filmmakers fail to develop in the first half of the series. My youngest brother and I used to watch the show on CN all the time. When I saw it on here I was elated because it was right before his birthday. He already has the available parts of the inyuasha collection, And I have the entire collection of Devil hunter Yohko, So I thought it was time for one of us to start a new one. Thank you!
