Good communication and very quick shipping. Fair price and negotiations, I enjoyed the purchase experience! My only issue was shipping quality, I received the item in a paper envelope wrapped in a couple pieces of junk mail, and no plastic protective sleeve. For slabbed cards, I'm used to bubble wrapped items in cardboard boxes to prevent any damage to the item, and a card sleeve to prevent scratches.
