      I'm not sure

      Can't say too much as I've only used it once according to directions. Didn't sense any change in my concentration and such; however, it may be due to not being acclimated to the product. Will still give it a chance.

      The ELF Emmit works well. I felt the difference from the first use. It's definitely an excellent product. It's somewhat delicate so you have to be careful with it but it does work.
