    Get what you pay for

    I’m not technically proficient so it took me some time to learn how to set this up. It’s a great product, I still have some playing around to do with it for the program I use. I did not use the wifi setup but headlined it. So I can’t so anything about the WiFi component. So far it’s been worth the price and I was nervous about it. I did buy it new and registered it! Make sure you do that.

    P-Touch editor v5.2.0140 doesn't work

    I found many problems with the setup. Finally found an older version of the p-touch editor that works. The install deleted my version 5.1 and installed version 5.2 which does not work with the QL-810W. Called support and chatted with support but the problems could not be corrected, Clicking the font drop down button would bring up a blank page but if I scrolled the blank it would display the fonts list in a bleary unreadable form. The color printing kept going back to monochrome and the program just sucks. I kept it on my machine just to try it with my QL-700 .

    Nice little printer!

    I got this printer to replace my old brother label printer that did not work under Windows 10. This one is similar to my old one, but works well under Microsoft Windows 10, if you use the Wireless setup. Under the USB setup, the drivers have be installed over and over again in order for the printer to work. A real pain. But, if you install the the printer under the Wireless setup, the printer can be shutdown and powered up without a problem. The print quality is same as my old brother label printer. I was surprised that I could even use my old label stock with the new printer. This is great. I highly recommend this printer because it is fast, works under Windows 10 and has wireless capability. What more could one ask? Get one, you won't regret it.
