All my items are well protected (see 1000s of feedback) buyer stated it was ruined but really didn't want to send it back(easy repair) wanted huge part refund, he was repeatedly offered a full refund, but seems a bit upset that I wouldn't accept his offer of keeping it with at least a 50% refund. despite saying it "was ruined". It took 2 weeks after the delivery date to discover this damage as well......
