    Artikel wurde in Originalverpackung verschickt, trotz meiner dringlichen Bitte, genau dieses NICHT zu tun! Demensprechend kam der Artikel allgemein beschädigt an, die Verpackung ist zugeklebt und nicht mehr brauchbar. Der Verkäufer weißt auf Kontaktaufnahme mit DHL an, was keinen Sinn macht, da DHL nichts dafür kann, wenn man den Artikel einfach in der Originalverpackung verschickt. Sehr schlechte Reaktion vom Verkäufer muss man einfach sagen!

    Der Artikel wurde in der Anzeige explizit als "Neu" beschrieben. Es war aber unschwer zu erkennen, daß das Gerät schon montiert war. Noch dazu war ein Softstarter defekt und konnte nicht verwendet werden. Habe das defekte Gerät zurück geschickt. Nachweis durch Hermes und Zustellstatus vorhanden. Verkäufer verweigert die Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises, bzw. die Ersatzlieferung eines funktionierenden Gerätes. Also Vorsicht ist geboten!
