    All in all I am happy with this seller despite the circumstances. I ordered a brand new item, but when it arrived it was a retired library book. An error on the seller's part, which they made EVERY effort to correct once they were made aware. Communication with them was direct, reciprocated and honest. I was given options in regards to the error in my order, and we settled on a partial refund. This is more courtesy and effort than I've experienced with other sellers on Ebay, so thank you. Cheers

    This book was never shipped. After I purchased this book (LAST ONE, according with the seller), the sellers page uploaded "another" book: same title, same photo, same description, with a price five times of the original. After reviewing this seller's feedback, one learns it's something he does frequently. Sell a book, refuse to honer the sale, list the same book at a higher price. I should've check the feedback, my mistake. Seller responded with tracking, several days later still not shipped.

    New quality as indicated. Price was very competitive. Arrived in good condition. The picture is of the 3rd Edition, but the 4th Edition was shipped, which was ok with me. Appearance is a little different as the cover isn't the same but again that's ok. Shipping seemed a little long, but I wasn't in a super hurry so a few more days was ok, plus it came book class which takes a little longer and tracking isn't as good. Overall, I would buy from again.

    this series of books were for my grandson he has read all but one and will use for book reports for school. His Pop is also reading these too.

    Glad that I found these at such a reasonable price. After we finish we will donate to the school library so that other children can read them too.

    One of my favorite series of books.

    I was a 3rd and 4th grade teacher for many years and I read this entire series aloud every year for many years and still have to find a child who did not like this series. The writing of C S Lewis reflects his Christian beliefs although most children do not understand that the lion represents God until this is pointed out to them. This will certainly help increase the vocabulary of the children who read this series although I must say that I had vocabulary lists for each chapter and went over this before actually reading the stories. I highly recommend this series either as a read aloud or for kids who are reading chapter books on their own.

    I love these books!

    I bought these books as a gift for a child. I read them with my daughters when they were young and was sad when we got to the end. Thought provoking and entertaining, they teach character through the adventures of the children without being cheesy or preachy. CS Lewis was a great and creative mind.

    I only have one gripe. I don't care for the new ordering of the 7 books. I can prove that was not C.S. Lewis' intent. Otherwise it is a nice boxed set.
