They moved heaven and earth to try to find my parcel, but it turns out it was delivered to an incorrect address by a courier who can’t read, dumped on a public pavement, and promptly stolen. I had to get a refund, but again, not the seller’s fault. I do hope we’ll be able to trade together in the future, but with a competent courier.
