    Outstanding Scanner and Powerful and East-to-Use Software

    Superb scanner and software for negative and positive film digitization. Kodachromes scan beautifully!. Scans are relatively fast. Multiscanning and infrared scans provide outstanding dynamic range and correction of scratches and dust. Preset profiles for negative color film produces excellent color images that only need mild to moderate post-scan processing in Photoshop. Black and white film scans beautifully. My Tri-X portraits from the 70's never looked so good.

    Too new to provide a functionality rating.

    small footprint, seems to scan most slides without issues. Still kind of slow considering my need to do about 500 slides. Scans negatives into negative files, it looked in the advertisemant that it converted color negatives to positive color prints. Additional software is definitely required.
