- h***o (1213)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchasethe figures have a nice, firm and smooth surface. Unfortunately, some parts were broken off, despite being packed in bubble wrap. These were four helmet shields, a finger and a lance. Since they are smooth breaks, they are easy to repair. Perhaps it would help if the individually packaged components were additionally protected against movement in the package.

A beautiful piece for the price I paid. Packaging was extremely safe and secure, no damage whatsoever. She's just as they described, extremely big and in many pieces I've already started painting. When two pieces didn't connect together, they immediately offered to print a replacement part without charge. A 10/10 seller.
