But the biggest problem is eBay‘s loose and subjective criteria for whether the product is good very good excellent etc. The only thing I could find out for sure is that it was supposed to be shipped in a generic box. And the seller rates it, not eBay. The claim is that it is eBay refurbished, but eBay never touched this phone
