    Very fast shipping. Arrived just as described in new condition and the price was great! The only issue is it wasn't packaged very well. It only had bubble wrap around the battery and connector, which allowed it to move around in the box. Heavy items such as this should be packaged so they are not allowed to move around in the box.

    Perfect Fit, Up and Runing in 5 Minutes

    The RBC 14 is a perfect fit and appears identical to the original APC battery. The size, voltage, amp hours and terminals are identical to the APC battery I replaced. In less than 5 minutes I had the backup unit back up and running. I did let the battery charge for 24 hours before plugging in my computer. Should get another 5 years before I come back to eBay for another one.

    Battery seems to work fine.

    Replaced the original with this and it is still working after a week or so. The original lasted around 7 years, so I can't really report that this is a good value just yet.

    NO indication or label stating it's capacity

    just got this and it holds a charge. only complaint is that it has NO indication or label stating it's capacity, model #, nothing. batteries should be labeled with basic spec's. good price.

    Replacement battery

    Seems to be working just fine. I haven't had a power outage yet so I don't know how it will work under real life conditions but worked fine during simulated tests.
