The only thing I could say is that it was missing a few info in the description such as the size or the model/year, but still the seller gave quick an honest answers to my questions and made a super reasonable price for the product.     Control Lionel trains with this base station and MTH DCS

    Worked perfect for controlling my Lionel TMCC train using my MTH DCS controller. You do need to purchase a separated cable however; MTH TIU/TMCC-Legacy 6' Connector Cable for Lionel Trains Legacy System # 50-1032 and you will need a single wire to connect to the command base and MTH DCS controller. This single wire is for ground. Simple speaker wire works. I connected mine directly to the track, this worked better for me than connecting it to the MTH DCS controller. My Lionel TMCC train had limited sounds. Chug chug. I can turn the lights on and off. I can go forward and reverse. I can run two trains at once but the speed on each train needs to be controlled separately. The speed control for all trains at once only works for your MTH trains.

    Somtimes

    Sometimes these work with the TPC etc. almost all the time, but won't send the signal to a 6-32930. I have about 12 of these and about 60% work with everything and the other 40% only in some applications... ???

    new addition to expand rai;road accessories.

    needs additional cab remote control, has the power supply which is rare, good price, hope it all works, currently building the accessories to finish my railroad. need a lot of stuff yet. working on it little by little.
