      They shipped me a faulty unit , after explaining my problem and the loose parts inside, they asked me to send a video that i did and got a reply saying thank you we have received the video and someone will get back to me, weeks went past no response, so asked them again whats the update, then they ask me again to send a video like i whas a different customer, they give you the run around not a very good business
