    Highly recommended for those needing an 8-channem SAS raid controller.

    Excellent SAS controller for managing multiple SATA drives in raid. Works with x8 PCIe lanes at PCIe v3.0 speed. The supercapacitor-based cache backup saves a lot of grief if the power goes down.
