        Item as described and photographed. Packaging was underwhelming. While the fob was placed in a very small piece of tissue and then packed between pieces of cardboard the envelope this in turn was placed in was thin and barely made it through the postal system. Feel lucky received the item and not making a claim instead.

        I can only apologise, on behalf of the Royal Mail, for the treatment your order received whilst in their care. Your fob was carefully and securely packaged prior to despatch, wrapped in several layers of tissue and further protected with cardboard, as several other customers have testified to via their feedback.
