      • One of the best James Bond stories

This is one of the best Bond stories even though there are no exotic tropical locations. The scene set in the London gambling club is some of Fleming's best writing – the building, the people, the food and drinks, the atmosphere are all brilliantly described. You can tell he knows what he is writing about. Thoroughly enjoyed the book.
