      The items arrived quickly and it appears to be most of it. Sadly the box was packed poorly and a few unique items are broken as a result. There was also a lack of tape and the box had a hole in it. It seems many items probably fell out during shipping. Very dissapointing considering the price included for shipping was higher than most. The seller was nice, but I gave up items to satisfy another person's order and I wish I didn't now that I have seen how little effort was put in.

      I would reccommend this system but find your needs and do your research!

      Easy setup. App works well. Only thing I found that I didn't like about the APP- If you assign different users the app doesn't show who armed/disarmed the system on phone notifications. The kit I bought would be great for apartment. I had to buy additional window/door sensors at $20 each. So I spent another $100 on sensors. That is why rated this kit low value. The chime feature only sounds through base station and not keypad so if you have base station tucked away in another room you can't hear it. The additional lights on keypad are unexplained. I had to do research to see why wifi light blinks on keypad when my base station is directly wired to the router. All of the notifications seem to come in really fast. Not sure about the cellular backup yet. This system seems to work ...

      Home System not as good as Doorbell.

      Very impressed with the RING Doorbell, I purchased the Home Alarm System. I do Not recommend the Home System. I had a lot of difficulty setting this system up, and half the sensors didn’t work. Home System is Really not worth the money. You are better off buying a second doorbell and mounting it inside your home.

      Good Value for the Money

      This is a great product for a techy guy like myself.I also purchased a couple of the outside cameras. I love the fact that it shows me the side and back of my house including when there is movement . The System is easy to use and works with Alexa which is great for me. You can arm and disarm and see the camera on the video based smart speakers. My only criticisms is that I am so glad I had someone else do the install, after I saw them do it I said thank God I didn't try to do this. Now that said I am terrible handyman so take that into consideration. The reason I purchased this was because it got a good review in Consumer Reports. Very good value for the money..

      Pleasantly Pleased and Surprised!

      Worked flawlessly, easy setup and works as advertised. I’ve had Ring products ever since they came out with the doorbell, then have added on floodlight cams, motion sensors and door/window alarms over the years. They all connect without any problems, even got my Schlage Connect to finally work with the Ring hub via Z-Wave technology. Very pleased with the way Ring has improved their products and app over the years. You get way more than you used to in the way of recordings. One thing I would like is more tones for the sensors and door/window alarms. Maybe even a voice telling you which one is being activated, because I have to memorize each tone for each one activated would be nice. The first time I set the alarm for “home” and I opened the sliding glass door to the pool, I about had a ...

      Good product with a few setup issues

      Product is of good quality and so far performs as advertised. The set up began easily, but hit a snag requiring me to call a technician who was great and walked me through the process that required some sensors to be reset as well as the base unit. Working now and is a good value in my opinion.
