      Great remote but does require specialized programming

      The MX-890 remote is very flexible, and really durable. I've got one that has been in use for about 10 years and has survived bring knocked around by teenagers and dogs, and is even running on the original rechargeable battery. But programming does require access to the Complete Control software from URC, which has a bit of a learning curve. If you're a casual user you may want to find someone to set up the remote for you. It's not intended for direct sale to the average consumer, as it requires some expertise to configure it.

      Great remote control

      This MX-890 is a great remote control that can do anything. You do have to have the software and the ability to program it or have someone that can program it for you, but if you do it’s the best remote you can buy.

      Works just like I need

      Had to have a geek to program it they had a license to download software. Overall working great.

      MX 890, great remote!

      That’s a great product by URC, but it does take an integrators license for the programming software.
