The item was very well packed however FedEx still ripped the box causing some damage. The seller very quickly got a claim started and organized a replacement, they were super generous not charging any additional shipping fees and going above and beyond to ensure this was sorted. The replacement had no shipping damage, arrived fast, and is now running great in my setup! I will 100% buy from them again.
