    Great Product

    Plastic/Rubber Rails Snap on tightly after the hard drive is placed in metal protector and screws are tightened on the side. After this is done, the hard drive only fits one way into the slot and the plastic pull tab is tucked in, so that the plastic cover can be screwed back on. Fast install, good quality.

    Flimsy, but functional

    It fits in my T420 and it does what it's supposed to do. It definitely feels cheap, the metal is flimsy and the rubber side rails seem to just lay there rather than gripping the side of the caddy, however it was only $4 so I can't really complain. And once you get the disk and caddy inserted into the laptop those minor things don't matter, it holds the drive in place exactly like it's supposed to do. Just be careful not to bend the metal of the caddy, it's not designed for constant removal and re-installation. Tested on both an HDD and SSD.
