Strong
This is a strong, waxy thread to simulate animal sinew (probably deer). Native Americans used it for such purposes as tying arrowheads onto the shafts.. Anything that needs to be wrapped for strength in craftsmanship could probably be done with this material. It is a neutral color and blends well for aesthetic purposes. So far, I used it to bind together a piece of swamp hickory I had split to put a large stone "tomahawk" head inside to simulate a Native American tomahawk. I see where the thread will be useable for other similar purposes where strength rather than decoration is needed.This is a strong, waxy thread to simulate animal sinew (probably deer). misleading photo the real size is about the size of my little finger I have tried it much of the time it works other times it breaks and it shreds on the ends and if the needle goes through it when you stitch NOT happy but will use it when I can until it is gone
