It is obvious that sometimes a newly supplied part can be faulty. This part is hard to get at but otherwise just a matter of unplugging the old part and connecting the new. It lasted for several hours before it packed it in. I am not offered a replacement because I replaced the part myself. I am a qualified marine engineer, ExHonda m dealer, Owned a Caltex Service center, and am a trained BMW motorcycle mechanic. Not good enough. so tough no replacement or offer. Don't buy from these people!!!

Unfortunately with this parts there must be a procedure that is used to reassure and prevent the AC system from damaging the new parts, I understand you are a qualified marine engineer but do you think a car mechanic would be able to repair a ship as good as you could? unfortunately is a different industry and as I said this parts are delicate and therefore we follow our warranty policy written on the listing of the product which requires a professional mechanic.I hope you understand
